"WE THE PEOPLE"
I use to think the constitution was written and designed to fail the poor or the minority. Because of the rich land owners and influential people that put it together. Even when it came up in conversations in the hood you would always hear "It wasn't written for us" and i would agree because at the time it wasn't written for us (the minority/indigenous people). So i always thought it was useless to me.. And what i'm about to say will upset some people that feel strongly about opposing the constitution based on how the indigenous people of this land was almost wiped out! And I'm the first to relate but i don't have the indigenous constitution, rights or laws on my side because I'm not a so-called Native American. So i started to look for something that can i can use against the government and it lead me to the constitution . And maybe at the time we was not part of that statement.. "We The People" but Today as a people who are now living and adding to this society need to claim our title as the people of this country! To me, it's a slave mind state to think the constitution cant help you.. especially if that's all we got to somewhat defend ourselves and expose our government.. we need to get off this victim mentality that was instilled in us for this propose! The constitution is the only thing we can hang over the federal governments head and use as a tool "legally" in the court system to stop them from taking away our state sovereignty and rights. But we keep taking away its power cause of our lack of understanding, information or on the fact that most people don't know whats in the constitution. And that's why our government is not afraid of the constitution and keeps over stepping its boundaries passing Bills and Laws without the people and even sometimes the legislative knowledge!! We need to give it value again.
The constitution is a list of what the government "Can't" do not a list of what the people cant do! That's why the constitution was made by the people keep our government in check! Because at the time, they say when the constitution was written America came out from under the control and rule of a monarch and didn't want another centralized government or army. And whether if that's true or not we should have that same attitude or desires to have full control over our lives. I know not everything in the constitution is written to protect us but that don't mean you cut it out completely... you focus on the parts that can do something for us or at least show how corrupt our government is!
Our 1st amendments is the "freedom of religion, speech, press and the right of the people to peacefully assemble". And we know that our 1st amendment is being violated by censorship and Hate Speech/Hate crime Legislation and now with the internet license bill they are trying to pass. Where you will have to get a license to get a blog site!!! Our 2nd amendment is "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms and shall not be infringed". Giving the people the right to be the last stand against a oppressive government and defend there property and state. . And the first part of the 1st amendment is to have "a well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State"! Americas founding fathers apposed a standing army because that's how it was in Britain. Which America didn't want a part of. They only wanted a navy for defending our waters with local state militia's (the people) to defend our state borders not soldiers! That's why they always make militia's sound bad or associate them with a terrorist group in the media! So you wont join one! And they want to take all our guns away with every gun Bill or treaty that's passed!
In the 9th and 10th Amendment. It will tell you each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right. So that means congress don't have the power to do health care, energy, education, money, police or even the resent bailouts or control everything that it does in our 52 states!! It goes against the constitution!!
Now we (the minority) were not there when they wrote the constitution nor were they thinking about us. But because we live in America this is relevant to us now and it can be used by us! To Fight fire with fire! Look at it like this.. "We The People" gave birth to our government, we are the masters of government and they are the subjects of the people!! "We The People" established these rights, not the public "officials" or the judges.. etc No! "We The People" did! So we are the authority, the law givers based the constitution. Even in the Declaration Of Independents tells the role of our government to "secure our rights of life, liberty and the peruse of happiness and are instituted among men". So if our government is not securing those right, its the duty and the right of people to remove such government and establish a new one!
Peace..

SURPORT ONE OF HIP HOP'S FOUNDING FATHERS, DJ KOOL HERC
The 55-year-old Herc—whose early ’70s DJ technique of creating musical patterns by plucking and sequencing the breakbeats from old-school funk and soul is one of the seminal moments of hip-hop as we know it, inspiring the likes of Afrika Bambaataa and Grandmaster Flash—was released from hospital on Sunday, and now faces a mountain of bills he can’t afford to pay.
From the Guardian's music blog:
"[He] who we call the father of hip-hop, Kool Herc, is not doing well," DJ Premier revealed on his Sirius XM radio show this weekend. "Since he's very sick and has no insurance ... [he] needs to pay his bills so he can get out of hospital." […]
"We spoke today, and he needs some help to pay his bills for the hospital because he can't hold it down," Premier said. "And being that he is the man who set this whole culture off, ya'll should be wanting to do it any type of way that you can." Friends have provided an address for donations to the DJ, and while Kool Herc was released from hospital on Sunday, according to DJ Tony Touch, he is "still in dire need of financial aid".
In a post on his website, DJ Premier described Herc as “very sick.”
On XXL magazine’s News blog, an early post makes mention of DJ Tony Touch organizing a fundraiser for Herc Tuesday February 1 at the East Village’s Sutra Lounge, but no details as yet.
In the meantime, donations can be made to

The Origin Of Christmas (Short verison)
Christmas is a holiday shared and celebrated by many religions.
It is a day that has an effect on the entire world.
To many people, it is a favorite time of the year involving gift giving, parties and feasting. Christmas is a holiday that unifies almost all of professing Christendom.
The spirit of Christmas causes people to decorate their homes and churches, cut down trees and bring them into their homes, decking them with silver and gold.
In the light of that tree, families make merry and give gifts one to another.
When the sun goes down on December 24th, and darkness covers the land, families and churches prepare for participation in customs such as burning the yule log, singing around the decorated tree, kissing under the mistletoe and holly, and attending a late night service or midnight mass.
What is the meaning of Christmas? Where did the customs and traditions originate?
You, as a Christian, would want to worship the Lord in Spirit and in truth, discerning good from evil.
The truth is that all of the customs of Christmas pre-date the birth of Jesus Christ, and a study of this would reveal that
Christmas in our day is a collection of traditions and practices taken from many cultures and nations.
The date of December 25th comes from Rome and was a celebration of the Italic god, Saturn, and the rebirth of the sun god.
This was done long before the birth of Jesus.
It was noted by the pre-Christian Romans and other pagans, that daylight began to increase after December 22nd, when they assumed that the sun god died.
These ancients believed that the sun god rose from the dead three days later as the new-born and venerable sun.
Thus, they figured that to be the reason for increasing daylight.
This was a cause for much wild excitement and celebration. Gift giving and merriment filled the temples of ancient Rome, as sacred priests of Saturn, called dendrophori, carried wreaths of evergreen boughs in procession.
In Germany, the evergreen tree was used in worship and celebration of the yule god, also in observance of the resurrected sun god.
The evergreen tree was a symbol of the essence of life and was regarded as a phallic symbol in fertility worship.
Witches and other pagans regarded the red holly as a symbol of the menstrual blood of the queen of heaven, also known as Diana.
The holly wood was used by witches to make wands.
The white berries of mistletoe were believed by pagans to represent droplets of the semen of the sun god.
Both holly and mistletoe were hung in doorways of temples and homes to invoke powers of fertility in those who stood beneath and kissed, causing the spirits of the god and goddess to enter them.
These customs transcended the borders of Rome and Germany to the far reaches of the known world.
The question now arises: How did all of these customs find their way into contemporary Christianity, ranging from Catholicism to Protestantism to fundamentalist churches?
The word "Christmas"itself reveals who married paganism to Christianity.
The word "Christmas" is a combination of the words "Christ" and "Mass.
The word "Mass" means death and was coined originally by the Roman Catholic Church, and belongs exclusively to the church of Rome.
The ritual of the Mass involves the death of Christ, and the distribution of the "Host", a word taken from the Latin word "hostiall" meaning victim!
In short, Christmas is strictly a Roman Catholic word.
A simple study of the tactics of the Romish Church reveals that in every case, the church absorbed the customs, traditions and general paganism of every tribe, culture and nation in their efforts to increase the number of people under their control.
In short, the Romish church told all of these pagan cultures, "Bring your gods, goddesses, rituals and rites, and we will assign Christian sounding titles and names to them.
When Martin Luther started the reformation on October 31st, 1517, and other reformers followed his lead, all of them took with them the paganism that was so firmly imbedded in Rome.
These reformers left Christmas intact.
In England, as the authorized Bible became available to the common people by the decree of King James the II in 1611, people began to discover the pagan roots of Christmas, which are clearly revealed in Scripture.
The Puritans in England, and later in Massachusetts Colony, outlawed this holiday as witchcraft.
Near the end of the nineteenth century, when other Bible versions began to appear, there was a revival of the celebration of Christmas.
We are now seeing ever-increasing celebrating of Christmas or Yule, its true name, as we draw closer to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ!
In both witchcraft circles and contemporary Christian churches, the same things are going on.
1. To say that Jesus was born on December 25th is a lie! The true date is sometime in September according to the Scriptures.
2. Trees, wreaths, holly, mistletoe and the like are strictly forbidden as pagan and heathen! To say that these are Christian or that they can be made Christian is a lie!
3. The Lord never spoke of commemorating his birth but rather commanded us to remember the sacrifice of His suffering and death, which purchased our salvation.
Think about it! Can we worship and honor God by involving ourselves with customs and traditions, which God Himself forbade as idolatry? Can we convince God to somehow "Christianize" these customs and the whole pretense and lie of Christmas, so we can enjoy ourselves? Can we obey through disobedience?
So what is right about Christmas? Nothing!

As the Bible clearly states in Jeremiah 10:2-4, "Thus saith the Lord, learn not the way of the heathen; and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven. For the heathen are dismayed at them. For the customs of the people are vain. For one cutteth a tree out of the forest. The work of the hands of the workman with the axe. They deck it with silver and with gold. They fasten it with nails and with hammers that it move not."
So, what is wrong with Christmas? 1. To say that Jesus was born on December 25th is a lie! The true date is sometime in September according to the Scriptures.
2. Trees, wreaths, holly, mistletoe and the like are strictly forbidden as pagan and heathen! To say that these are Christian or that they can be made Christian is a lie!

WHEN PEOPLE LOSE IT, THEY LOSE IT!!!
By Hexdrill
In the WTF moment of the week, a deranged gunman goes postal at a Florida school board meeting. The man is identified as Clay A. Duke and State records show that he served a four-year prison sentence about a decade ago over aggravated stalking. It’s unclear what the man was upset about, but people in attendance citied he was either looking for a job for his wife or upset she had lost one.
At any rate, the man approaches the podium wall spray painting the letter V in red, then ordering everyone to leave the room except the board members. What I found curious was he had an opportunity to shoot a female board member Ginger Littleton who intervened, but spared her life. In the end, he ended up killing himself after getting wounded.
Americans have gotten to that boiling point of no return.
